  1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
  2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into any category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
  4. All draws will be manual
  5. Qualifiers may not be drawn more than once in the same draw. A redraw will be done should the same finalist be drawn more than once in the same draw.
  6. Ticket issuing will be in accordance with the following criteria, and from 10h00 on 28 March, up until 21h00 on 30 May for tickets to be entered in all of the 20h00 and 21h00 draws throughout the promotion
  • All active Rewards cardholders need to get a minimum of 100 points to be selected by the RAP Selector
  • Rewards cardholders who are actively playing on the Slots or Tables games will be randomly selected & they will get draw tickets. Draw tickets will be issued at gaming devices, as and when the earning criteria is met, by Slots & Tables assistants.
  • In addition to tickets being issued to guests who have met the 100 points criteria, and who have been selected by the RAP Selector, tickets will also be issued to guests as follows:
  • Slots:
  • 3 x Draw tickets will be issued on Slots machines for all jackpot lockups in the Prive
  • 1 x Draw ticket will be issued on Slots machines for all jackpot lockups on the Main Floor & in the Smoking area
  • Tables:
  • Blackjack: 1 x Draw ticket will be issued for Blackjack of the same suit
  • Poker:

  1. All manually issued tickets entered for the 20h00 and 21h00 draws throughout the promotion will be kept under camera coverage at Box Office to be combined for the Final Car draw.
  2. All 19h00 draws will be for 6 active months Rewards members. These members will be issued with draw tickets which may be printed at the eHost machines on draw days from 12h00. These eHost printed tickets will only be valid for the 19h00 draws.
  3. Car draw will be at 22h00 on 30 May 2025.
  4. All tickets for previous 20h00 and 21h00 Cash draws will be entered into the Car draw, including tickets issued for the 20h00 and 21h00 Cash draws on 30 May.
  5. The draw bin for the 19h00 draw, as well as the draw bin for the 20h00 and 21h00 draws will be open at 17h00 on each draw day
  6. Finalists and/or Prize winners will be selected by way of random selection for all draws. Draw times and dates will be advertised through SMS communication
  7. Participants must activate their entry into the draw(s), on the day of the draw(s) prior to the actual draw(s) within the specified times during which the entry bins are open. The opening and closing times for the entry bins will be advertised through SMS communication
  8. All Participants are required to be present at the draws on the respective dates/times to be eligible for a Prize: Provided that if a participant elects not to be present in person when the winner(s) are announced, the participant may nominate another person who has been duly authorised in writing to attend the draw on behalf of a participant in the form and manner determined by management, the details of which will be available at the Customer Services Desk. Refer to proxy nomination form.
  9. Prescribed proxy nomination forms will be available at the Customer Service Desk, for this purpose, from 07H00 on the day of the draw until 15 minutes before the start of the draw for which the proxy is to be nominated.
  10. Prize winners or nominated Proxies who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket belonging to the winner and positive and acceptable form of identification. Patron Manager System may also be used to verify participants’ identification.
  11. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, and there is no record of the prize winner declining the invitation to be present in the above mentioned register, a re-draw will take place.
  12. Winners shall provide a copy of their Nominee’s positive and acceptable form of identification and any other details as required by Silverstar Casino. Specifically, the onus to ensure that Nominees are present for the above purposes shall rest solely with the finalist concerned.
  13. Persons acting on behalf of eligible finalists must acknowledge that he or she is merely acting on behalf of eligible finalist and that he or she is not entitled to prizes and benefits awarded to finalists or prize winners.
  14. Should a prize winner who is eligible for a prize but who is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw, then nominate a representative, the Casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the register or otherwise readily available. In such circumstances the prize winner may claim the prize within 15 days from the day of the draw at the casino Customer Services Desk.
  15. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
  16. Collectively this promotion will see Cash & 1 Car prize giveaway to a combined total value of over R925,000
  17. The prize winner must claim the prize at the casino within 15 days of the draw.
  18. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
  19. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management
  20. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  21. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
  22. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
