  1. Any person who is under the age of 18, or who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or has self-excluded, or who falls into any category of excluded persons, is specifically prohibited from participating in these casino Bonusing sessions.
  2. The casino Bonusing sessions are exclusive to Silverstar Rewards Programme members (the “Participants”).
  3. These casino Bonusing sessions are closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
  4. Players stand a chance to win by actively playing Slots and/or Tables whilst using their Silverstar Rewards cards, during the prescribed times.
  5. Promotion times and dates; and points criteria will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion.
  6. There are 2 sessions of Bonusing from 12pm – 4pm and from 6pm- 10pm daily expect on 13 December where we will only run 12pm – 4pm session.
  7. Cardholders must be actively playing on the day during Bonusing sessions, on the Main and Smoking gaming floors to qualify.
  8. Daily sessions will reward over 90 random winners in total from both Slots and Tables games on promo days, except for 13 Dec.
  9. The Random Active Player Selector (‘RAPS’) application will be used to select participants that have accumulated 1,000 points accumulated at a particular Slot machine or Table game.
  10. Rewards members need to accumulate a minimum of at least 1,000 points to be selected.
  11. Participants who have met the qualifying criteria, must be actively playing at a Slot machine or Table game during the sessions in order for the RAPS application to identify the player as a winner further more winners will be given 90 seconds to presents themselves at the Main floor promo stage to spin the wheel and our prizes will range from cash vouchers, playTsogo vouchers, Hotel vouchers, Entertainment vouchers and F&B vouchers.
  12. In the event that the eligible prize winner isn’t present within the 90 seconds given the winner will forfeit an opportunity to spin the wheel and a re-selection will be done.
  13. Once a winner has been determined, the promotions representative will verify that the RAPS winner information corresponds with the player found at the gaming devise.
  14. Each random winner will be given an opportunity to spin the wheel to choose a prize.
  15. All Participants are required to be present.
  16. Entries cannot be purchased for cash or through any other form of consideration.
  17. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
  18. Collectively this Promotion will see over R230, 400 prize giveaways.
  19. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  20. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
  21. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
